Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, our 30-day return policy makes it easy to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

- Items must be in the same condition you received them

- Items must include the original packaging and proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns for:

- Custom-made or personalized products

- Sale items or clearance products

- Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
